Usage Instructions

Dissolve 4.74 g of MS Basal Medium powder per liter of distilled water.

Adjust pH to 5.7 ± 0.1 using NaOH or HCl.

Add sucrose or agar if required by your protocol.

Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 20 minutes.

Pour into sterile culture vessels under aseptic conditions.
