Usage Instructions
Weigh out 3 g of Gellan Gum per liter of distilled water (adjust concentration per your protocol).
Heat and stir until fully dissolved.
Adjust medium pH to 5.7 ± 0.1.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 20 minutes.
Pour into sterile culture vessels under aseptic conditions.
